Welcome to an unofficial American Hockey League blog. I have found that there are many blogs dedicated to specific AHL teams, but there is not a general blog where fans can banter back and forth or get news about other teams in the league. So I decided to create one.

This blog is purely from a fan perspective. I have never played hockey before, but I sure watch as much as I can. I am also a Philly Flyers fan (runs from tomatoes)and Hershey Bears fan, but I will try to be objective, and this will cover the entire league. I hope to learn more about the sport and the AHL in general as this blog goes along, and my wish is to change “an unofficial” to “the unofficial.”
